There are between 150,000 and 200,000 Londoners of state pension age eligible for Pension Credit who are not claiming it. It sets out how they can claim it.

The resources are designed to support the delivery of conversation clubs and other volunteer-led language practice for adult English language learners. They will also be useful to anyone engaged in delivering conversation-based English language practice.
